At The Whiteam, we are looking for a Customer relationship management to join our team in collaboration with European Public Agencies in Brussels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance customer relationships through effective communication and needs assessment.
• Utilize tools to develop stakeholder maps, adoption dashboards, and reports.
• Analyze customer segments, particularly those experiencing specific product issues, to drive targeted improvements.
• Provide consistent status updates and escalate issues as necessary.
• Develop and deliver well-structured documentation and presentations to communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams, fostering a friendly, organized, and goal-oriented working environment.
Essential Knowledge & Skills:
• Customer Relationship Management: Proven experience and deep understanding of CRM practices and tools.
• Analytical Tools: Proficiency in using tools to build stakeholder maps, adoption dashboards, and perform customer segmentation analysis.
• Technical Tools:
o Proficient in Atlassian collaborative tools, especially Confluence and Jira.
o Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
o IT domain familiarity is highly advantageous.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong aptitude for understanding stakeholder needs, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prepare clear, concise documents and presentations.
• Teamwork & Leadership: Able to lead, work autonomously, and contribute to a positive team dynamic under pressure.
Specific Expertise:
• Atlassian Tools: Minimum of 5 years of experience, with advanced competence (Level 4) in tools like Confluence and Jira.
• IT Domain: At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Agile Development: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies (Level 3 competence).
• Business Analysis: Extensive experience, minimum of 5 years.
Certifications (Required):
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate.
Optional Certifications (Preferred but not required):
• Business Analysis Certification (e.g., CBAP, IREB).
• Testing Certification (e.g., ISTQB).
