Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Revamp and Alignment

• Harmonize the IT Corporate Governance and Corporate Architecture websites in line with ECL 4.0+ standards.

• Finalize and implement enhancements to ensure the relevance, usability, and effectiveness of these platforms for stakeholders.

• Design visuals for communication purposes to support the websites’ evolution and enhance user experience.

2. Content Development and Maintenance

• Evolve and expand website content, including webinars, blogs, FAQs, and visuals, to maintain engagement and resource richness.

• Improve the user interface and enhance site functionality, including updates to CSS frameworks, responsive design, accessibility, and usability.

• Use analytics to assess website performance and user behavior, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

3. Community Engagement and Knowledge Sharing

• Organize and facilitate monthly webinars, sharing best practices and case studies aligned with the Corporate Architecture themes.

• Develop summaries and key takeaways from each webinar to be shared within the IT architecture community.

• Streamline communication across various Corporate Architecture events and channels, fostering collaboration and information exchange among community members.

4. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

• Participate in project kick-off meetings, monthly progress/status meetings, and ad-hoc sessions as required.

• Generate and present progress reports upon completion of key milestones.

Deliverables:

• Complete updated version of Corporate IT Governance and Corporate Architecture websites.

• Ongoing content and design maintenance, updated user guide for wiki administrators, and content analysis between CA and Corporate IT Governance websites.

• Support in webinar preparation, documented insights and learnings for IT architects, and optimized communication across community channels.

 Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in IT systems architecture, enterprise architecture models (SOA, EDA), and interoperability domain.

• Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with IT governance frameworks, quality procedures, and SAP interoperability technologies.

• Methodological Knowledge: Proficiency in project management methodologies (RUP, etc.), process modeling, data modeling, and various design notations (ERD, UML, BPMN).

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft high-quality content and deliver presentations effectively.

• Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments and adapt to changing technologies and practices.

• Collaboration and Client Focus: Ability to work as part of a team, engage in multi-lingual meetings, and maintain a client-oriented approach.
