Profile: Technical Consultant Full-Stack Developer.

Minimum experience: 8 years of experience in Java development from versions 8 and higher.

Studies required: Bachelor or equivalent degree of at least 3 successful years of post-high school education in Information Technology or Computer Science or Computing.

Language: English (C1) (Mandatory).

DESCRIPTION:

The Technical Consultant (Full‑Stack Developer) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, scalable, and secure applications across both backend and frontend environments. The role combines hands‑on software engineering with integration, refactoring, testing, and collaboration responsibilities.

The consultant will contribute to modernizing existing systems, implementing new APIs, supporting migration efforts (e.g., Java upgrades, infrastructure refactoring), improving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high‑quality documentation and compliance. The work spans Java/Spring Boot backend development, frontend development with Angular, integration with cloud platforms, and collaboration within Agile teams.

Key Responsabilities:

·       Develop backend apps using Java 8→17+, Spring Boot, deployed on Tomcat; migrate from WebLogic.

·       Build REST, OPENAPI, GraphQL, SPARQL, and async APIs; integrate via WSO2 API Gateway or similar.

·       Ensure security using SSDF, NIST 800‑53, HashiCorp Vault; manage compliance & licensing.

·       Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL; manage migrations using Liquibase; handle XML, HTML, JSON, and linked‑data/semantic/graph tech.

·       Containerize with Docker and deploy to cloud‑agnostic environments; operate Kubernetes workloads.

·       Integrate event‑driven services using Kafka, schema registries, and monitor Kafka dataflows.

·       Apply CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Git workflows.

·       Develop frontends using Angular, HTML, CSS3, responsive & accessible design, Webpack, Vite.

·       Perform testing with JUnit, Mockito, Postman, Testcontainers, Mocha, Jest, JMeter, Cypress.

·       Work with AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS/CaaS hosting; implement monitoring/logging with ELK Stack.

·       Collaborate in Agile/Scrum with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams; produce code, config, installation and API documentation.

Technical knowledge:

·       EDA & Messaging: Kafka, Schema Registry, event‑driven patterns, Kafka monitoring.

·       CI/CD & DevOps: Git, automation pipelines, licensing/compliance.

·       Frontend: Angular, eUI (optional), HTML, CSS3, accessibility/responsiveness, Webpack, Vite.

·       Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Postman, Testcontainers, Mocha, Jest, JMeter, Cypress.
