Job role: Digital Workplace Support Engineer.
Minimum experience: 5-7 years.
Studies required: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
Language: English (C1) (Mandatory). French (C1) Mandatory.
Location: Brussels (on-site).
DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking Digital Workplace Support Engineers to provide first-line support services in a Digital Workplace environment. The consultant will be responsible for supporting end users, managing incidents and service requests, and ensuring high-quality support delivery in an international environment.
Tasks:
∙ Perform Digital Workplace support activities.
∙ Manage all types of user interactions (phone, ticketing portal, chat, messaging).
∙ Provide user guidance and support regarding services, software and applications.
∙ Follow-up and resolution of incidents and user requests.
∙ Perform workstation support and administration (Windows 10 and above).
∙ Support Office applications (Office 2016 and above).
∙ Support basic server environment administration (Windows/Linux) and Active Directory services.
∙ Perform basic tasks related to account management, network setup and protocols.
∙ Support backup and restore procedures, antivirus management, patching and software distribution.
∙ Provide support related to scanning and printing services.
Technical skills:
∙ Good knowledge of Workstation Support and Administration.
∙ Good knowledge of Workstation Support and Administration.
∙ Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and Active Directory.
∙ Understanding of account management, networking and security fundamentals
∙ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∙ Excellent communication and soft skills.
∙ Ability to work under stress while maintaining a positive attitude.
∙ Excellent service attitude and commitment to quality.
∙ Pro-activeness, reactiveness and team-player mindset.
∙ Experience in first-line support environments.
∙ At least one of the following certifications is required:
- Windows 10 MCSA.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- IT Helpdesk Professional (or equivalent).
- Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
- (Advanced) Windows Troubleshooting for IT.
- Call Centre Associate Certified (or equivalent).

Rate:
