We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to support Frontex in Warsaw, managing and evolving enterprise ServiceNow platforms in a hybrid (10% onsite) EU environment for a long-term mission EU.

Profile: Senior ServiceNow Administrator.
Place of performance: Frontex Headquarters in Warsaw. 10% onsite + 90% remote. Candidates must be based within two hours of Warsaw.
Duration of the mission: 50 months.
Minimum level of education: Level 4.
Minimum English language skills (CEFR): B2.
Minimum IT relevant professional experience (years): 5 years.
Minimum experience at similar position (years): 2 years in relevant IT roles.
Rate: 270€-280€/day (NWH); 6,9€/hour OnCallDuties, 350€-360€/day (EWH).
Expected NWH: 220 days x4 years.
Expected EWH: 0.
Expected OnC: 1060h x 4 years.
Required certificates
· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification or equivalent.
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or equivalent.
Knowledge and skills
Specific expertise:
· Excellent practical hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform (experience with on-prem will be advantageous).
· Excellent practical hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow platform (ITSM and others).
· Practical knowledge of MariaDB management.
· Practical hands-on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions will be advantageous.
· Excellent practical hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis and project management.
· Excellent practical knowledge of ServiceNow products portfolio.
· Excellent practical knowledge of Service Management.
· Experience in creating SOPs and other technical documentation.
· Knowledge of key technologies for ServiceNow integration (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.).
· Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability.
· Knowledge of IT security standards.

Typical tasks and responsibilities
ServiceNow platform administration:
· Ensuring ServiceNow platform security, availability, functionality and development in cooperation with ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Developers.
· Managing and overseeing ServiceNow development and bugs fixing.
· Managing ServiceNow platform through the complete lifecycle.
· Providing ServiceNow demos and trainings to the end users and support teams.
ServiceNow platform related business analysis:
· Assesing internal customers’ expectations related with the use of ServiceNow platform.
· Gathering, analysing and assessing business needs and users’ requirements.
· Translating business requirements into optimal technical solutions.
· Ensuring that proposed solutions are in line with business requirements and architecture design.
· Presenting proposed technical solutions to different types of audience.
Supporting ServiceNow platform project management:
· Supervising implementation of organizational wide service management capabilities based on ServiceNow.
· Supervising ServiceNow development and improvement projects in close cooperation with ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Developers.
ServiceNow platform improvements:
· Providing recommendations to business requirements and technical designs.
· Supporting ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Developers in designing of solution architecture and development.
· Supporting other teams in risk management, disaster recovery, security management, etc.
· Maintaining up to date solution documentation including technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.
· In case of the ADVANCED profile, team management and tasks coordination.
· Other specific duties as assigned by team leader.
Travel: By default, travelling in the interest of service is not foreseen for this position/profile.
· Nevertheless, Frontex may exceptionally request to carry out some services at other locations than Frontex Headquarters or other Contracting Authority’s premises.
