Profile: Application and Integration Architect- Level Advanced.
Securiy Clearance: Is required (security screening procedure must be initiated within first 45 days of assignment) - RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED.
Place of performance: Frontex Headquarters in Warsaw. 60% remote + 40% on-site.
Travel: Only in exceptional cases.
Travel expenses Budget: 1200€ x 3 years + 1800€ 4.year.
Minimum required scoring for interview (%): 60%.
Duration of the mission: 54 months.
Award criteria: 35% Price / 65% Quality.
Minimum level of education: Level 7.
Minimum English language skills (CEFR): B2.
Minimum IT relevant professional experience (years): 8 years.
Minimum experience at similar position (years): 5 years in relevant IT roles.
Rate: 490-507€/day NWH; 640-660€/day EWH/ 10,50€/hour OnC.
· Expected NWH: 220days x3 years + 330 days 4.year.
· Expected EWH: 20 days x3 years + 30 days 4.year
Required certificates
At least 2 certifications among:
· Iasa Architect CITA-A or equivalent.
· Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert or equivalent.
· Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals or equivalent.
· TIBCO Certified Associate or equivalent or equivalent.
· Certified SOA Architect or equivalent.
Knowledge and skills
Knowledge:
· Has performed role of key architect in development of at least 1 enterprise-wide integration platform deployment.
· A minimum of 2 years experience as an application architect, preferably in a public sector or EU agencies environment.
· Expert in architecting of systems integration on data and API level.
· Expert in designing enterprise level integration platform connectors, flows, and services bus solutions.
· Expert in planning capacity and security of the integration platform capabilities.
· Familiar with integration patterns, standards and models.
· Familiar with serverless and containerisation platforms in cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
· Holds excellent technical knowledge about integration platforms such as Tibco or Mulesoft, SOA, databases, application servers, communication middleware, web applications, cloud integration patterns, business intelligence concepts, systems integration, Software Development Lifecycle.
· Sound knowledge of designing systems and applications in UML.
· Familiar with DevSecOps approach.
· Extensive experience in aligning application development with business needs.
· Is proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others.
· Familiar with market wide designing architecture standards or frameworks such as, TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected framework or similar.
· Sound knowledge about hybrid systems and applications integration.

Specific requirements:
· Experience with modelling in Archimate.

· Designs and communicates enterprise wide databases architecture.
· Design databases architectures, schemas, analytic platform and BI services, data governance.
· Elicits needs, analyses requirements.

· Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features.
· Analyses available systems, applications and services.
· Identify options for potential solutions.
· Maintains and tracks architecture in systems lifecycle.
· Estimate and size network infrastructure in accordance with the requirements of the systems and busienss applications.
· Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management.
· Prepares system documentation and provides presentations.
· Lead development teams and development processes.
· Selects and evaluates technologies.
· Collects and interprets system metrics.
· Optimizes system from performance, security and quality points of view.
· Contribute to Enterprise Architecture repository and managing required artifacts.
