At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for a Salesforce LWC & Marketing Cloud Developer to join a project focused on the enhancement and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. The selected candidate will be involved in developing new functionalities, resolving incidents, and continuously improving solutions across both the Salesforce core platform and Marketing Cloud.
We are looking for professionals with at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex, and practical experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. An advanced level of English (C1) is essential, as the role involves daily communication with international clients and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, test, and deploy solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Develop and maintain functionalities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Build and maintain Marketing Cloud assets, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Data Extensions.
Manage and resolve incidents and enhancement requests within agreed service levels.
Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot issues across both Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Estimate effort and assess the technical feasibility and impact of enhancement requests.
Apply Salesforce development best practices, including bulkification, governor limits, and security.
Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of developments.
Participate in regression testing and release and deployment processes.
Maintain technical documentation for LWC components and Marketing Cloud automations.
Communicate directly with clients and international delivery teams in English regarding ticket status, technical approaches, and potential blockers.
Collaborate with other technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Requirements
Must-have
At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Solid knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Data Extensions.
Knowledge of AMPscript and/or SSJS.
Experience working in ticket- and SLA-driven support and maintenance environments.
Experience with unit testing, regression testing, and deployment processes.
Familiarity with deployment and development tools and processes such as SFDX or CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across both declarative and code-based Salesforce components.
Advanced English level (C1), both written and spoken.
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
Experience supporting both Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud within the same project or maintenance engagement.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist/Developer.
Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect.
Knowledge of integrations between Sales Cloud / Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Experience with ticketing or ITSM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
Experience working within AMS (Application Management Services) environments.
Experience working with international or distributed teams.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
