SharePoint Developer

Main Tasks:

• Develop custom web parts, features, and solutions using SharePoint development tools, including Visual Studio.
• Implement and customize SharePoint master pages and page layouts.
• Create custom SharePoint workflows using tools like SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, or Nintex.
• Develop event receivers and timer jobs for automated processes.
• Write and optimize CAML (Collaborative Application Markup Language) queries for data retrieval.
• Integrate SharePoint with third-party systems and applications.
• Customize SharePoint user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality.
• Provide technical support to end-users and administrators.
• Support the implementation of Requests for Change.
• Assist Operations with Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment while respecting SLAs.
• Implement security patches for all .NET applications, focusing on Front-End.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of SharePoint solutions.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 4 years as a SharePoint Developer.
• Certified in SharePoint, .NET, and Azure Development.
• Certification in Agile Methodology is desirable.

Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of IT application development within Microsoft environments, particularly SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online.
• Proven experience with MOSS architecture, Workflow Creation, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Azure DevOps.
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint APIs, event receivers, timer jobs, and SOA Architecture.
• Familiarity with OWASP application security flaws and mitigation, along with web application security features.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in Server-side Object Model and Client-Side Object Model (CSOM).
• Experience with SPFX and PnP for building client web parts and add-ins using Yeoman generator.
• Knowledge of .NET Core and Standard for building and supporting console applications and Windows Services.
• Skilled in ASP.NET for building and maintaining MVC applications.
• Experience with Web/REST API development.
• Proficient in Docker for building customized images and running containers.
• Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of Swagger for integration, configuration, and customization.
• Experience with OAuth2 implementation.
• Capability to utilize and integrate existing SharePoint solutions with third-party APIs, like MS Active Directory, SAP, and Saviynt.
• Proficient in NodeJS, ReactJS, NPM, Gulp, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Internet Information Services (IIS), including URL rewrite module.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices implementation.
