Description of the Tasks

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and integrating technological components.

• Implementing user requirements and ensuring their technical feasibility.

• Prototyping new solutions and innovations.

• Designing and executing test programs to ensure quality.

• Integrating solutions with existing applications.

• Writing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation.

• Assisting with system deployment and configuration.

• Actively participating in project team meetings and discussions.

Qualifications and Education

• Minimum Educational Requirement: A Bachelor's degree (Level 6 of the European Qualification Framework) or equivalent.

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

• Proficiency in Java (Java 8 and 11; knowledge of Java 17+ is a plus).

• Strong expertise in relational database management systems (RDBMS).

• Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies.

• Solid understanding of design principles such as SOLID, IDEALS, and CQRS (knowledge of SAGA is a plus).

• Proficiency in interoperability technologies such as REST, web services, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and message-oriented middleware.

• Experience with UML diagrams, including use case, state transition, and activity diagrams.

• Knowledge of Spring Framework (Core, JPA/Hibernate, Security, MVC).

• Experience with Spring Boot Test, jUnit, and Mockito.

• Proficiency with source code control tools such as GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, and Gradle.

• Familiarity with Angular, NPM, and Hibernate/JPA.

• Experience working with Oracle (versions 8+) or MySQL (versions 5+).

• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and Spring Web Services.

Additional Expertise (Preferred)

• Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo).

• Knowledge of security frameworks and protocols such as JWT, JWE, JWKS, OIDC, and CAS.

• Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools.

• Proficiency with containerization tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.

• Understanding of Web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0, WCAG 2.1, WAI-ARIA).

• UX design knowledge, especially responsive and mobile-first design principles.

• Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks (e.g., JQuery, NGRX, React, Knockout.js).
