ServiceNow Architect (Warsaw, 80% remote) – EU Public Organisations

Profile: ServiceNow Architect (ServiceNow platform, design, architecture) - Level Advanced.

Securiy Clearance: Is required (security screening procedure must be initiated within first 45 days of assignment) - CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL.

Place of performance: Frontex Headquarters - On-site service provision - intramuros 20% + extramuros 80%.

Travel: Not foreseen.

Duration of the mission: 50 months.

Award criteria: 50% Price / 50% Quality.

Minimum required scoring for interview (%): 70%.

Minimum level of education: Level 4. Minimum English language skills (CEFR): C1.

Minimum IT relevant professional experience (years): 8 years.

Minimum experience at similar position (years): 3 years.

Rate: 490€/day NWH 858€/day EWH.

· NWH: 220 days x3 years + 256 for 4.year.

· EWH: 4 days in 4.year

Required certificates: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate or equivalent.

Knowledge and skills

Knowledge:

· Excellent practical hands-on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions (experience with on-prem will be advantageous).

· Excellent practical hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform will be advantageous.

· Excellent practical knowledge of ServiceNow products portfolio.

· Excellent practical knowledge of Service Management.

· Excellent practical hands-on experience using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others.

· Experience in creating technical documentation including technical design documents.

· Knowledge of key technologies for ServiceNow integration (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.).

· Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability.

· Knowledge of IT security standards.

Typical tasks and responsibilities

ServiceNow platform architecture design:

· Setting standards in scope of design, development, quality and testing.

· Designing and communicating platform architecture.

· Designing interoperability and interfaces with other systems.

· Designing development of organizational wide service management capabilities.

· Transfering business, users and technical needs into architectures.

· Mapping business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features.

· Prepares system documentation and provides presentations.

· Selects and evaluates technologies.

· Collects and interprets system metrics.

· Optimizes system from performance, security and quality points of view.

ServiceNow platform related business analysis:

· Assesing internal customers’ expectations related with the use of ServiceNow platform.

· Gathering, analysing and assessing business needs and users’ requirements.

· Translating business requirements into optimal technical solutions.

· Ensuring that proposed solutions are in line with business requirements and architecture design.

· Presenting proposed technical solutions to different types of audience.

Supporting ServiceNow platform project management:

· Supervising implementation of organizational wide service management capabilities based on ServiceNow.

· Supervising ServiceNow development and improvement projects in close cooperation with ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Developers.

ServiceNow platform improvements:

· Providing recommendations to business requirements and technical designs.

· Supporting ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Developers in designing of solution architecture and development.

· Supporting other teams in risk management, disaster recovery, security management, etc.

· Maintaining up to date solution documentation including technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.

· Other specific duties as assigned by team leader.
